Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PromptFast (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at promptfast.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

PromptFast is a web-based prompt engineering playground that allows developers to test, debug, and optimise large-language-model prompts across multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). The Service is provided “as-is” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during sign-up
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free tier and subscriptions

Free accounts receive a limited number of requests at no charge. Paid subscriptions unlock additional usage. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Billing terms, refund rights, and tax handling are governed by Lemon Squeezy's policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the account settings panel, which will stop future renewals. No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service at scale
• Circumvent usage limits or share accounts between multiple users
• Violate the terms of service of any AI provider whose API you use through the Service

6. Your API keys

API keys you enter belong to your own AI provider accounts. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred on those accounts as a result of using the Service. We are not liable for unexpected costs arising from your prompt testing activity.

7. Intellectual property

The PromptFast software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of any prompts or content you create. You grant us no rights to your prompts — we do not store or train on them beyond what is necessary to fulfil the service request.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate. Use of AI-generated output is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which PromptFast is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
